Las Vegas Circus Center

Safety Rules and Policies

Safety is paramount at Las Vegas Circus Center. There is an inherent risk in all physical activities, especially within the Circus Arts. These risks can be mitigated, but not completely removed.

All members and students are expected to abide by the Safety Rules and Policies within our facility. Failure to comply with these rules may result in dismissal from class or Open Gym, forfeiture of any fees paid, and/or being banned from the facility.

There are no stupid questions. If you have a question on how something works within our facility, please ask a coach or staff member!

No spectators are allowed in the gym.

Parents/Guardians

To minimize disruptions to the class learning environment, Parents/Guardians can enter the gym to view their children's last 10 minutes of class.

Registration

  • All members and students must maintain up-to-date registration information and sign a waiver. New students: please arrive 10 minutes early to check-in and prepare for class or register beforehand on our Online Registration Page.
  • You may sign up for classes online or in our online mobile application. If a class has reached capacity, we will be unable to accommodate drop-ins, so we encourage you to sign up online.
  • Everyone must check-in at the reception desk on entry to the facility.
  • Tardiness: We have a strict 10-minute late policy. For your own safety and to avoid class disruption, we cannot admit students who are more than 10 minutes late. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
  • LVCC reserves the right to cancel any program/class due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. The schedule and teachers are subject to change. We try to notify participants as early as possible.
  • Check the minimum age for a class. As we offer kids and adult classes, we don't permit kids joining adult classes or adults joining kids classes. We offer private classes for all ages.
  • All classes, privates, events and parties are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used toward a class that is held on or before the expiration date.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations for classes and private lessons must be made at least 12 hours in advance (online) to be eligible for a credit to your account.
  • Registration for workshops is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not refund purchases back to credit cards, only back to client accounts for use at either another time or to make a different purchase.

Open Gym/Independent Training

  • Open Gym is not for coaching others or soliciting the coaching of others. If you are found coaching other members of Open Gym, you will be asked to leave without refund. This is to keep everyone safe and following our safety protocols for coaching. If you're interested in coaching at LVCC, please let us know and we can see if we're a good fit!
  • Open Gym is not for informal casting or auditions. This is disruptive and is not welcomed by all of our members. If you want to set up an audition, please reach out at info@lasvegascircuscenter.com. This is more efficient for everyone, as it makes artists aware of the audition so they can come prepared.
  • Open Gym/Independent Training is available to those aged 16 and over anytime we're open. Special times are available for currently enrolled students under 16 years of age that are actively taking classes and approved by their LVCC coach, please check the Open Gym page for the schedule. Proof of age with a government issued identification card is required for joining the 16yo+ sessions.
  • Certain areas may be unavailable during group classes, special events, or private sessions. These other gym functions have priority over independent training, so please inquire at the reception on check-in about the best areas to train.
