How to book
- Open AHC’s booking page. For your first visit, choose Initial Evaluation and Treatment. Returning clients can select a treatment session; ask AHC if you are unsure which appointment to choose.
- Choose an available appointment. Review the current price and booking policies before confirming. Workers’ compensation patients should call AHC at (702) 350-0994 to schedule.
- Prepare for your visit. Complete the paperwork on AHC’s medical history form page before your first appointment and follow their submission instructions.
