What to wear

Close-fitting clothing that allows for movement. Shoes are recommended. No jewelry.

Physical Requirements

We have Cyr Wheels optimal for those learning that are between 4'6" and 6'6" in height.

Students must be free of injuries that would prevent safe enjoyment of the class. Our beginner classes are easily adapted to the strength of the student. If you have special needs, please contact us and we can see how best we can accommodate you.

Our regular group class credits expire after 6 months and pricing is as follows:
